These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Angležko app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Premium Access

• Premium features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions can be offered through Apple App Store and/or web billing providers (for example Paddle).
• Pricing, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before purchase confirmation.
• Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.

3. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Payments are processed by third-party billing providers, not directly by Angležko.
• Cancellation and refund rules are governed by the platform or payment provider used for the purchase.
• For App Store purchases, manage subscriptions and refund requests through Apple.
• For web purchases, manage subscriptions via the billing provider customer portal.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not use automated means to abuse features, rewards, rankings, or subscription flows.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including text, graphics, lessons, software, and branding, is owned by Angležko or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary downtime or third-party provider outages.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angležko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by legal, security, or operational reasons.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
