Refund Policy

Angležko offers a straightforward refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Web Purchases (via Paddle)

Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@anglezko.eu or visit the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email.

2. iOS App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple. To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please submit a request directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund decisions are made in accordance with their own policies.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and you retain access until the end of the period already paid for.
